We’re Will and Tamara, husband & wife, butcher & dietitian, chef and sous chef. Our unique backgrounds and complementary skill sets led us to start Valley Sausage Co!
Will worked as a butcher for 5 years in Toronto, learning from the best in the business at Sanagan’s Meat Locker. Tamara worked as a private chef and dietitian over the last 5 years and in recipe development for the last 9 years. We’ve always loved experimenting in the kitchen and with Will being a butcher, a butchery based business became the dream!
We focus on sausage, but not just your classic sausage - we love to innovate and come up with new and exciting recipes that keep you coming back for more. Every week during our market season we have new varieties on offer. We also be offer charcuterie items like rillettes, pates and terrines along with tourtieres and chicken pot pies at Thanksgiving and in December and other prepared foods.
